whilst on recent trip to Brighton I wanted to continue my mini that started at London fashion weekend. So I stopped individuals whose style/outfits stuck out to me as being expressive/inspiring in some way. Speaking to people as I took their pictures I realised they learnt always as outgoing and confident as their ‘look’ would have you believe. I really liked the way that people seemed to be using their clothing as a medium to express themselves in a similar way that I use photography.

its excellent how you have all the shots taken at the same focal length. The only two that i feel dosnt quiet fit the rest of the series is the two image on the right in the middle row. the subjects are looking offside camera and therefore it alters the style of the others.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed watching you take these images, having the confidence to go up to people and ask them to have an image taken. The images have turned out beautifully I think they really help highlight who you are as a person and the styles you like
